Grandma Sodaro's Famous Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients

8-10 medium size Sodaro Orchards Peaches

1 cup sugar
-
1 cup flour
-
1 cup milk
-
1 tsp. baking powder
-
1 pinch of salt
-
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
-
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
-
1 stick of butter
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350° degrees
-
First, peel and slice the peaches into a medium saucepan. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until they reach a rolling boil. Add sugar to your liking along with cinnamon.

Drain peaches and save the juice in a separate bowl for serving.
(Note: Water is not necessary to add - the peaches will make their own juice)

Next, melt butter in a 9 x 12 glass pan and set aside to cool.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour gently over the melted butter.

Spoon peaches on top of batter mixture and cook for 35 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping and drizzle warm rendered peach juice over the top.
